Miami, Florida, December 1, 2013 – In a crowded week of art and design parties and events, My Yacht® Miami hosts its unique, third annual reception a private superyacht moored in Miami Beach Marina, attracting the crème de la crème of the art collector community, December 2, 2013, 8pm – 1am.
Returning partner Vontobel Swiss Wealth Advisors AG and CEO, Deepak Soni, who sits on the MOCA N. Miami Board of Trustees, will host VIP guests of the museum, along with members of the Art Week VIP Collector’s Circle. Other notable expected guests include artist Damien Hirst, artist Jean Boghossian, CAB art foundation’s Hubert Bonnet, collector and curator Dr. Anthony Japour, President Emeritus MOCA L.A. The cocktail reception will be aboard Camper & Nicholsons’ 135-foot Feadship Odyssey. Currently available for sale or charter, following a complete refit and extension, the spacious tri-deck yacht boasts accommodations for 11 guests in 5 cabins. Incredible works of art by Willem de Kooning and John Chamberlain will be displayed throughout the yacht.

A partner from My Yacht’s Monaco F1 Grand Prix event in 2012, Hunton – a company that boasts a racing heritage spanning some three decades – returns with its luxurious, high performance XRS37 powerboat, that will be on display at the My Yacht Miami reception, & available for thrilling, high-speed joy rides all week long.
Cardinale Wines will pour its 2010 vintage Cabernet Sauvignon, along with Arcanum and Galerie Wines. Cardinale is located in the heart of Napa Valley’s world-renowned Oakville District, and each vintage is crafted into a single Cabernet Sauvignon of limited-production.
California Audio Technology, recognized as the world’s premier craftsmen of custom, ultra high performance loudspeakers, will be providing its superior MBX sound system for My Yacht DJ, Alex Karlsson, in the quayside Cohiba cigar lounge.
Guests will also enjoy premium libations from several long-time My Yacht partners: Chateau d’Esclans will pour its 95-point Garrus rose, Comte de Mazeray will pour its 24k gold-flecked champagne, and Patrón Spirits will create custom Ultimat vodka and Patrón tequila cocktails.
