Los Angeles, CA May 3rd, 2013 – My Yacht™ Cannes returns to the Cannes International Film Festival for a second year to co-host an exclusive launch party with brothers Hayden and Tove Christensen in celebration of the siblings’ new production company, Glacier Films.
The invitation-only reception, from 9.30pm – 2am, May 19th 2013, will be held aboard the luxury 46m FeadshipsuperyachtHarle, home to My Yacht’s™ 2012 Cannes,& Monaco Grand Prix events, as well as My Yacht™ Monaco’s Royal Friday night party in 2011. Moored on Quay Albert Edouard, adjacent to the Palais des Festivals, the party will welcome guests of My Yacht™, Glacier Films and Renovatio, the Russian backers behind the new company, including SarikAndreasyan who will direct international film star Hayden Christensen (credits include “Star Wars”, “Jumper”, “Shattered Glass”) in “American Heist”, the shingle’s first production and a remake of a 1969 Steve McQueen movie. Filming begins in June in New Orleans.
